Havent lost anything yet again. Still trying to maintain the healthy eating and exercising. :\
I bought some clothes today, and I found a pair of shorts I like and the size 12 (NZ sizing) fit quite nicely. Then I found some denim shorts and couldnt squeeze into the 12, so I got the 14 :\
Should be at my GW by now but it seems like the weight doesnt want to budge.
Forever never losing any more weight. :l

I dont understand.
I don’t understand why the number on the scales isnt dropping.
I should be at my goal weight by now……
I am the same weight as I was before I started all that running 5-6 weeks ago. I am the exact. same. weight. It doesnt make sense.
Even if I have gained muscle, you would think I would’ve lost SOME weight along with that. You would think I would start...

Update on weightloss? I HAVENT LOST ANY MORE. It’s like my body doesnt want me to weigh under 80. WHY.
It’s like I’m putting in a lot of work and I feel like I’m not seeing results. I could be gaining muscle, bladeeblabla but idc.

So um, I cant get my weight below 80kg anymore. It hovers between 80 and 81. Its like I’m in a permanent plateau. But I’m not too mad cause I just ran for 30mins. No stopping. Holykljnrfd. And half of that time was running against wind.. so I get extra points? Cant wait until I can run that time comfortably. And I need to tidy up my eating a bit more.

arghh only did 22min jog today. Not the 30 I wanted. Always tomorrow. :D
Ran 20mins without stopping hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggg :D
Hopefully 30min by Saturday.
Then to infinity and beyond.

So um, I seem to have magically gained 2kgs in a day so Im disowning my scales. Na, just prolly gunna weigh myself once or twice i week, instead of every day/second day. Its too stressful doing it everyday. xD
79.6kgs D': under 80kgs (hardly, but w/e) for the...
I’m out of the plateau, hopefully It stays that way! 10.9kgs left to go till I reach my GW!!

Been 81.5kgs for a week now and its pissing me offfffffffffff.
It only took me a few days to get out of the plateau i had last time but this one aint budging!
Scales must be broken ;)
