I dont understand.
I don’t understand why the number on the scales isnt dropping.
I should be at my goal weight by now……
I am the same weight as I was before I started all that running 5-6 weeks ago. I am the exact. same. weight. It doesnt make sense.
Even if I have gained muscle, you would think I would’ve lost SOME weight along with that. You would think I would start looking slimmer. I don’t.
I’m not going to chuck it all in though. I enjoy running, and I enjoy eating healthy cause it makes me FEEL better. But I would like to SEE some results, either in the mirror or on the scales. BAH
